Leave your driving worries behind and, for  just 50Ž¢, let the Gatlinburg Trolley System handle the traffic. Experience the sights and sounds of Gatlinburg in comfort and with a flair reminiscent of turn-of-the-century transportation.

You can board the Gatlinburg trolleys at more than 100 locations
throughout the City of Gatlinburg. Anywhere you see the Street Trolley sign,
you're just minutes away from climbing aboard.

The Gatlinburg trolleys are color coded by route. Look for the signs posted on the front and sides of each trolley to ensure you are on the correct route.

Gatlinburg Trolley Routes include:

UPTOWN LOOP - Red Route - Fare $.50

Runs 8 am to MIDNIGHT. Runs from the Gatlinburg Mass Transit Center to south on River Road by the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Trolley continues on Historic Nature Trail-Airport Road, formerly Airport Road, down Cherokee Orchard Road to Baskins Creek then enters back onto the Parkway at traffic light #6. Exact change is required.

NATIONAL PARK - Tan Route - Fare $2.00 Round Trip

Runs 11 am to 9 pm. The National Park trolley runs June through October and begins at the Gatlinburg Mass Transit Center. Trolley runs down River Road and then onto the Parkway into the Park. Stops include the Sugarlands Visitor Center, Laurel Falls Parking Area and Elkmont Campground before returning to Gatlinburg. Trip lasts about 1 1/2 hours. Exact change is is required.

ARTS & CRAFTS COMMUNITY - Yellow Route - Fare $1.00 All Day

Runs 10 am to 6 pm. Delightful mini-trolleys service the famous Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community. Trolleys may be boarded at the Gatlinburg Mass Transit Center or any stop along Highway 321. Trolley makes the entire Glades/Buckhorn Loop. One fare provides unlimited trolley access along the route. Exact change is required.

EAST PARKWAY & CITY HALL - Blue Route - Fare $.50

Runs 8 am to MIDNIGHT. Route serves the free Gatlinburg Park-n-Ride lot located next to City Hall on Highway 321. Offers convenient access to shops, lodgings and attractions. Route begins at the Gatlinburg Mass Transit Center and runs a loop to the Gatlinburg Community Center and back. Exact change is required.

PARKWAY & WELCOME CENTER - Purple Route - Fare $.50

Runs 8 am to MIDNIGHT. Route serves the free Gatlinburg Park-n-Ride lot and Gatlinburg Welcome Center located on the Spur between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Route ends at the Gatlinburg Mass Transit Center at traffic light #5 in downtown Gatlinburg. Exact change is required.
